     These are games that are most likely NEVER to come out, but would be cool if they did .

The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Future

Now this would be cool. It's a game idea submitted by our very own Aaron Roszczewski. Check it out below.

The Story

     "Link must once again fight to save Hyrule, only this time Hyrule is a little different."

     This game starts off after The Adventure of Link which is considered, by most, to be the last game in the series chronologically. Link, after he reunites the three pieces of the triforce and awakens Princess Zelda, finds himself in need of rest. He decides to go back to the Kokiri Village, to get some extra clothes, and supplies.

     When he gets there it already is starting to get to get dark, so he decides to wait until morning to leave. While he is sleeping he hears what sounds like strong winds coming from outside. He gets up to find out what it is. He can't believe what he's sees. There is a large blue light, very similar to what surrounded him when he traveled through time in 'Ocarina of Time'. Who comes out is even more surprising.

     It appears to be Princess Zelda. She's not wearing her normal pink dress. She has what looks to be a pink, metallic jumpsuit on. Link notices one other odd thing, there is a triforce on it, however one triangle appears as just an outline.

     Zelda appears disoriented but finally regains her composure, and notices Link. She runs toward his house, while speaking through something attached to her arm "Rauru, temporal transport successful. I've found him!" When she reaches his door link sees that this is NOT the Zelda he knows. She proceeds to speak to him, "Don't be alarmed, I am Princess Zelda XIV of the Hylian Rebellion." "What?", says Link.

     "I've come here from the year 2236. Since you've destroyed Gannon, peace will now remain in Hyrule for 1000 years. Many Gerudo prince's will be born, none with evil intentions, until 2017. That is the year Ganondorf XI will be born. At first no one expects much of him, but My Great, Great Grandmother has a vision of darkness consuming not Hyrule, but the world. She sends for one of your descendants, also named Link, to try and stop Ganondorf before he can take over the world, but Link fails."

     "Ganondorf proceeds to conquer all of Europe, and Asia in 2059. When the United States, and the United Nations form the Worldwide Government in 2094 all nations seem at peace, and not expecting a war. Ganondorf seizes the opportunity, and launches a full assault. This spawns World War IV. Near the end of the war, in 2103, the nearly defeated Worldwide Government takes major steps to set up colonies on Mars. They give up on the human, and elfin races continuing to live on Earth. In 2105 the first colonies will be setup. New Hyrule will be created in 2113. Ganondorf does not attack, satisfied with what he had achieved on Earth.

     "For me, more than 200 years have passed since then. Gannondorf now controls the entire Worldwide Government. He has already started to attack all moon bases, and we fear New Hyrule will be next."

     "In 2231, the New Hylian government started experimenting with time travel. A year ago we made the first successful temporal transport. And now we have come for you."

     "What do you need me for?", asks Link. Zelda replies, "We need you to stop Gannondorf. You are the best fighter in history"

     Link finds himself in a little predicament. He's not even sure if she's telling the truth, and she want's him to come with her to the future? Link want's a little more proof. "How do I know I can trust you?" Link exclaims. Zelda looks disappointed, and she pulls something from her pocket. It's an ocarina. "What are you going to do with that?" Link asks. She says nothing, and starts to play Zelda's Lullaby.

     Link now realizes she is telling him the truth, and makes a decision. "I'll do it." "Great!" Zelda exclaims. She talks into her arm device again. "Rauru, he coming. He's going to do it!" "Do I need anything?" asks Link. "No, only your courage. Come with me."

     Before they go Zelda says something, "Link?" "What is it?", Link asks "Things might seem a little different in the future than they are here......"
